Arrival
The Mountain Network Summit 2026 will take place from 16–18 September 2026 at the Congress Centrum Alpbach. The address is: Alpbach 246, A‑6236 Alpbach, Tirol, Austria.

Whenever possible, please use public transport or carpool.

Arrival by train
Alpbach is easily accessible by train. You can find all train connections on the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) website.
​
From the arrival train station (Brixlegg or Wörgl), you can travel to Alpbach free of charge with your accommodation confirmation using the VVT line (Regiobus). This offer is also valid for your return trip.
​
On-site, you will receive a free Alpbachtal Card at your accommodation, which gives you free access to public transport and many other benefits.
​

E-Car Charging Stations
​
Take advantage of the E-car charging stations in the underground garage of the Congress Centrum Alpbach. Connector type: Type 2, max. 22 kW. Some partner hotels also offer their own charging stations for guests.

Cost: €0.59 per kWh (max. 22 kW)

If traveling by car is unavoidable, we recommend forming a carpool.
​
Parking
The Congress Centrum Alpbach offers 87 parking spaces in the underground garage.The garage has an automatic license plate recognition system; no barrier at the entrance.
​
The rolling gate is closed from 10:00 p.m. to OTOO, but exit is always possible – the gate opens automatically when leaving.
​
Access to the underground garage via the main entrance E1 West is always possible. A debit or credit card is used to open the door.
​

Up to 24 hours (day rate): €15.00
Payment on-site is possible only by debit/credit card or via the EasyPark app. The parking meter is located on UG1.

Additionally, there is a public garage below the SPAR supermarket in Alpbach.

If you are staying in Alpbach, you are welcome to park your car at your accommodation – the Congress Centrum Alpbach is within easy walking distance from many hotels.
